I have been a marketing consultant in the service industry for over 24 years and for the past five years, I have had the privilege of focusing my practice on working with collaborative professionals, mediators and ADR professionals. During this time I have interviewed hundreds of practitioners, clients and referral sources and coached many collaborative professionals and mediators to grow their practice.

Many professionals are passionate about their work and believe the best option for their client is to reach a resolution without court intervention. However, many professionals are frustrated they are not getting enough cases or referrals for ADR, Collaborative Practice and Mediation.
