The key to growing your business is to identify what that 20% is and grow it! The only way to identify your most profitable clients and activities is to track your results.

To achieve accelerated growth, you should be tracking the following:

Objective measures:

  • New clients
  • New referrals
  • Existing referrals
  • Billable hours

Subjective measures:

  • Quality of clients
  • Outreach activities
  • Visibility
    • Building relationships- one on one meetings
    • Past client/referral source communication
    • Community activities
  • Credibility
    • Articles
    • Presentations/educational workshops
