The Process
Personalized coaching may include weekly, bi weekly or monthly meetings through a conference call. The coaching sessions will be focused on helping you achieve business success. The following is an outline of the process.
Success starts with a clear vision of your desired future. The first step is to assess where you are and where you want to be in the next 12 months, 2 and 5 years. The next step is to develop a plan of action to help you achieve results. You then measure your progress. These are your six steps to success:
